4. Matching Process

  • GigBack reserves the sole right to determine the matching process between volunteers and opportunities.

  • Decisions regarding who is matched, when, and with which projects are made at GigBack’s discretion to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties.

5. Conduct and Ejection Policy

  • Users are expected to act in good faith, respect community guidelines, and engage constructively.

  • GigBack reserves the right to suspend or remove participants or volunteers who:

  • Violate these Terms or platform guidelines.

  • Act in bad faith or exhibit harmful behavior.

  • Commit any illegal or unethical actions.

  • Decisions on removal are final and made solely at GigBack’s discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • GigBack acts as a facilitator and is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from interactions between volunteers and organizations.

  • GigBack is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of information provided by third parties.

  • GigBack values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations.

8. Termination and Modification of Terms

  • Users may terminate their accounts at any time but will remain bound by these Terms for activities conducted prior to termination.
